  1. This was our amazing ranch for sale for three summers up until October 2014 when Karina and Mike Pinch purchased it. We are so happy that a young family will continue on enjoying the incredible park that we called Orchard Hill where we raised our three daughters. It was our dream home and hope the same for them.

  2. We just had dinner with the buyers who spent the coldest February on record up on the Hill and still are very happy to be living their dream. The lady of the house works from home, keeps horses in the barn and is raising chickens with the luckiest three year old daughter we know. Her husband, like mine, hates to have to drive off to work, if only fifteen minutes away at the UofR. She is making pies and cider from the many apple trees and harvesting wild strawberries, cherries, and mushrooms. We are so pleased that this slice of heaven went to the most deserving family we could have imagined.
