Lynn, the daughter of the current owners grew up in this house and says, “My parents still live there. They bought it in 1974 and put an addition on in 1983 – it’s the single story section on the right. A couple oddities about the house: the bedroom above the garage has windows facing all four directions – N,S,E,W and the kitchen is at the front of the house overlooking the street. Neither is common in most homes!”

Our father and mother, Glenn and Nonie Mentch, had this house built. Sue, Martha, Julie, and Chris lived in this house as well. It still is so beautiful!
Our parents were forward thinking in 1942, probably due in part to their California roots.
