HI THIS (321) WAS MY UNCLE & AUNTS HOUSE!!! WHAT A GEM! EVEN THE WOOD WALLS BENT AROUND CORNERS HAD A TV BUILT IN THE WALL IN THE SUNKIN LIVINGROOM!
THE SHOWER IN THE MAIN BEDROOM WAS SPECIAL PALE PEACH WITH LARGE DARK GREEN TILES …ALL GLASSED IN SHOWER AND MORE.
The picture of this house is actually for 300 Council Rock which we have owned for the last 40 plus years. We have loved living here – sunken living room, curved walls, huge windows. Over time we have added to our Hershey home but have tried to preserve Don Hershey’s vision. When additions were made my husband introduced curved walls to keep the home’s integrity. This 1950’s home has been updated for today but retains its’ originality.

Thanks for sharing these details Annie. 321 Council Rock sounds fantastic.

Per newspaper listings on lot purchases and mortgages, this home was built for Dr. Ellis Ring and his wife c.1952, and not 285 Council Rock.
Thanks Chris.
I’ve made the change on the site. I appreciate your input very much!
